En øvelse jeg kørte en del af er en jeg kalder "1/2 split - back flip". Det er en bevægelse man bruger i mange forskellige nedtagninger og derfor er blevet en fast del i min træning.
While I had cast on my hand I couldn't roll, so instead I did different movability drills to stay active.
One drill that I did a lot is a drill I call "1/2 split - back flip". This is a move used i many different takedowns and the drill has therefore become a part of my training rutines.
Bevægelsen / The movement

1. All the weight on one leg and the other to the side, making a half split.

3. Push off with the leg carrying the weight so you make a back flip.

4. Put your weight on yor shoulder and pull the leg up under the body.
